那西肽对肉仔鸡生长性能及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Nosiheptide on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Parameters of Broilers

摘要 选用1日龄健康Avian肉仔鸡120羽,随机分成3个组,每组4个重复,每个重复10羽。3组肉仔鸡分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)、基础日粮+5.0 mg/kg黄霉素(黄霉素组)、基础日粮+2.5 mg/kg那西肽(那西肽组),以探讨那西肽对肉仔鸡生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。结果表明:①黄霉素组和那西肽组日增重比对照组分别提高了2.04%(P<0.05)和6.18%(P<0.05),料重比分别降低了7.73%(P<0.05)和10.82%(P<0.05)。②那西肽组血清总蛋白与白蛋白含量比对照组分别提高了17.60%(P<0.05)和12.78%(P<0.05);谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶含量比对照组分别降低了33.91%(P<0.05)和14.04%(P<0.05)。③黄霉素组与对照组血清各生化指标之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。上述结果说明,饲料中添加那西肽可以明显促进肉仔鸡的生长,增强肉仔鸡的肝功能和免疫力,而且那西肽的效果显著优于黄霉素。 Experiments were conducted to study the effects of nosiheptide on growth performance and serum biochemical parameters of broilers. One hundred and twenty one-day-old Avian broilers were randomly divided into three groups, each with four replicates, 10 feathers for each replicate. The chicks were fed with control feed, control feed plus 5.0 mg/kg flavomycin, and control feed plus 2. 5 mg/kg nosiheptide. The results showed that: (1) compared to control group, daily gain of flavomycin group and nosiheptide group increased by 2. 04% ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and 6. 18 % ( P 〈 0. 05 ) respectively ; Feed/Gain ratio decreased by 7. 73% ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and 10. 82% ( P 〈 0. 05 ) respectively. (2) compared to control group,serum total protein (TP) and albumin (ALB) level of nosiheptide group increased by 17.60% (P 〈0. 05) and 12. 78% ( P 〈 0.05 ) , serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT) and glutamic-oxaloaletic transaminase (GOT) level reduced by 33.91% (P 〈0. 05) and 14. 04% (P 〈0. 05) respectively. (3)There were no significant differences for serum biochemical parameters between flavomyein group and control group ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The findings suggested that nosiheptide can obviously enhance broiler growth and improve liver function and immunity of broilers, moreover the effects of nosiheptide were better than that of flavomycin.
