摘要
结合制造业实施CIMS的整体设计要求,提出了基于产品数据管理(PDM)技术与STEP集成技术设计新型CAx信息管理与集成系统(CAx-IMIS)的基本构架,全面分析了这一系统应具备的基本功能、Client/Server结构与信息模型,并根据不同建模方法与技术分别给出了面向对象的产品数据管理信息模型与基于EXPRESS的零件特征信息模型。探讨了在系统实现中应解决的若干关键技术,如分布式对象管理框架、基于零件的STEP信息集成以及与信息管理系统(MIS)、车间管理与控制系统的集成接口等。
The paper proposes a new framework for the design of a CAx information management and integrated system (CAx IMIS) based on product data management (PDM) techniques and STEP integration technologies according to the design requirements of computer integrated manufacturing system. Its basic function, Client/Server architecture and information model are analyzed. In the light of the different information modeling methods and techniques, examples of Object Oriented (OO) PDM information model and EXPRESS based part feature model are presented. Some key technologies are discussed, such as distributed object management framework, STEP information integration for a part and integrating interface from/to MIS, workshop management and control system etc. which have to be solved in CAx IMIS development and implementation.
