摘要
目的探讨在外科实施人性化护理,提高医疗服务质量,提升患者满意度。方法自2005年以来我院在外科护理中实施人性化护理。结果通过在外科实施有效的人性化护理措施,患者对护理工作满意度为99.60%(1238/1243),未发生护理差错、事故和护理投诉。结论人性化护理作为一种新型的护理模式,提高了护理的质量,使护理工作得到了患者及其家属的肯定,增加了医院的经济效益和社会效应。
Objective Explore carry out humanistic nursing in surgical nursing,to improve the quality of medical services,enhance patient satisfaction.Methods Since2005in surgical care carry out humanistic nursing in our hospital.Results Through carry out effective humanistic nursing in surgical care,patients satisfaction was99.60%(1238/1243),no errors,accident and nursing complaint in care.Conclusion Humanistic nursing as a new model,improve the quality of nursing,patients and their families were sure the nursing work.increase the economic benefits of the hospital and social effects.
