摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定更年乐片中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定。Shim-pack vp ODS色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5.0um),流动相为乙腈-水(28:72),流速为1ml·min-1,检测波长为270nm。结果:在0.0765μg～0.918μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为0.63%。结论:采用高效液相色谱法测定更年乐片中淫羊藿苷的含量,方法简便,灵敏,可靠性好。
Objective： To establish HPLC method for the determination of Icariine in Gengnianle Tablet.Method： Shim-pack vp ODS （250mm×4.6mm,5.0μm）was used with acetonitrile water（28：72） as a mobile phase.The flow rate was 1ml·min^-1,The detecting wavelength was 270 nm. Results： The line arrange of Icariine was 0.0765ug-0.918ug r=0.9999 ;Covery was 99.2% ,RSD was 0.63%. Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
