摘要
目的:探讨筛查甲型H1N1流感病人的发热门诊的管理方法。方法:启动应急预警快速应对机制,调配人力资源,使消毒隔离和个人防护等措施落实到位,应对突发公共卫生事件。结果:259例发热病人,其中3例疑似甲型H1N1流感,甲型H1N1流感密切接触者6例,所有就诊病人对医疗护理工作满意,无交叉感染,医护人员无感染。结论:发热门诊的布局和管理体系,在应对突发公共卫生事件的救治中有重要意义。
Objective： To investigate and screen a reasonable method of managing the out-patient with in- fluenza A-H1N1 fever-patient. Methods： Switching on the early-warning mechanism for rapid response of emergencies, dispatching reasonably and fully use of human resources. Keep the region isolate. Put measures of disinfection and individual preventive in place so that the positive and effective response to public health emergencies can be given. Result： 259 cases of fever patients, of which three cases of suspected influenza A-H1N1, six cases of close contacts. All patients are satisfied with the medical care. There is no Cross-contamination and non-in- fected health care workers. Conclusion： The reasonable layout of fever clinics and scientific management system make great significance in responding to the treatment of public health emergencies.
