摘要
目的总结88例脊柱结核手术患者自入院到出院的全程分期健康教育体会。方法于患者入院时对其进行结核病相关知识的全面评估,并分期进行了入院健康教育、抗痨治疗健康教育、饮食与休息、术前健康教育、术后健康教育、出院健康教育。结果本组患者均掌握了脊柱结核的相关知识,住院期间治疗及护理效果良好,无1例发生并发症。结论有效的全程分期健康教育对促进患者的康复和预防疾病复发有重要作用。
Objective To summarize the whole-course phased health education from admission to discharge to spinal tuberculosis patients undergoing surgical operations. Method After general assessment over the spinal tuberculosis knowledge of 88 spinal tuberculosis patients, health education was, at each stage of hospitalization, conducted on Pasid therapy, dieting and rest, preoperative and post-operation education, and discharge. Results All the patients mastered the tubereulosis associated knowledge. The curative and nursing effect was satisfactory. No complications occurred. Conclusion The health education can play an important role in promoting the recovery of patients and preventing relapse of tuberculosis.
