摘要
提出了基于车辆识别技术的交通流路径分布信息采集系统的构架方案。为了清晰表达交通流路径分布信息,研究了交通流路径分布的信息格式。基于决策支持系统构架设计,提出了交通拥堵管理决策方案库构建技术路线。以上海市快速路基于车牌识别的交通信息采集与处理系统建设为实例,阐述了交通流路径分布对于提高交通拥堵管理水平的应用。
The study proposed a framework of traffic distribution information collection system by using Automatic Vehicle Identification technology. The format of traffic route assignment information was investigated in order to be clearly presented. The structure of the expert system for traffic congestion management was proposed based on the framework of decision support system. Based on a case study of the Vehicle License Plate Recognition System of Shanghai Urban Expressway, the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed techniques to improve traffic congestion management were demonstrated.
