摘要 为解决城市交通规划中基础数据匮乏、数据共享性差的问题,研究多城市、多平台交通信息网络结构的管理机制与总体框架。基于系统动力学理论,解析区域性城市交通系统同区域内各城市社会经济子系统的相互关系,研究多城市、多平台交通信息共享机制与管理模式,提出了信息共享的3种模式:主动信息共享、政府行为型模式和商业模式;面向区域性交通规划与管理信息服务,构建了由网络状中心构成的多城市、多平台交通信息网络的总体框架,研究了平台的运行机制。 In order to mediate the problem of limited data and poor data sharing structure in urban transportation planning, the traffic information sharing mechanism and the management system featured with multi-cites and multi-plat- forms were studied. Based on system dynamics approach, the relationship between the regional transportation systems with the regional social economy subsystems of each city was analyzed, and the traffic information sharing mechanism and the management pattern of multi-cities and multi-platforms were studied, and three types of information sharing protocols were proposed, including own initiative module, government action module and commercial module. The general frame- work and operation of traffic information network with multi-cities and multi-platforms were proposed to provide the information service for regional transportation planning and management.
