摘要
在建筑屋面和墙体的司法鉴定中,屋面漏雨、墙体渗水及结露长毛等问题非常多见,而由此引发的司法纠纷也颇多。这些问题不仅破坏装饰,影响居住,更因霉菌生长污染环境,影响人体身心健康。笔者通过工程实例和鉴定经验,对上述问题的产生逐一分析,找出问题的根源。
Many judicial disputes are initiated by some problems of roof leaking rain, wall permeating water, etc. in the construction judicial appraisal. This paper shows the causes by analysis of above problems respectively through the project examples and the appraisal experience.
