摘要
为增加激光二极管的发光功率密度,可把微沟道散热器看作数百个平行的微小翅片,建立一个微沟道散热的数学模型。以此计算出的泵压极限和热阻系数与文献〔1〕的实验结果一致。
Considering microchannel to be wing plate,a mathematical model about disspating heat has been established for microchannel cooler (MCC) in order to increase the luminous intensity of diode array.On the basis of this model,the calculating results of pumping pressure limit and the thermal resistance are in accord with the experimental results of reference 1
