摘要
给出了离轴高斯光束通过一个初级球差光学系统后,其相对光强的分布,通过数值积分,可以得到它与系统球差的大小和光束的入射位置的关系曲线。利用这个关系曲线以及瑞利判据,可以对激光扫描系统的设计进行分析,并提出合理的建议。
