摘要
1979年以来两岸贸易在复杂的国际国内环境中不断取得新进展。而自1980年开始,两岸贸易出现失衡,呈现出一种不对称、不平衡发展的态势,祖国大陆对台湾地区贸易逆差不断增长。在分析两岸贸易不平衡现状的基础上,剖析了两岸贸易不平衡增长的原因,提出了促进两岸贸易平衡的思路:(1)提高产品生产能力及产业内贸易水平;(2)利用双方形成的新经贸关系扩大对台优势产品出口;(3)建立"大中华经济圈"。
The cross-Straits trade has made progress in complicated international and domestic environment since 1979, but it has tended to be imbalanced development since 1980. The trade deficit of China mainland has been increasing unceasingly in the trade with Taiwan Region. Based on analysis of the current status of imbalance in the cross-Straits trade, the causes of the increasing im- balance in the cross-Straits trade are revealed, accordingly the ideas to promote the balance in the cross-Straits trade are proposed as follows. （ 1 ） Improve the production ability of the products and raise the trade level within the industry. （ 2） Increase the export of advantageous products to Taiwan depending on the new trade relation between two sides of the Straits. （3 ） Building a ＂Great Chinese Economic Circle＂.
