摘要
综述了鲜切果蔬保鲜的处理方法,并分析了各方法的优缺点及最新研究进展。
Fresh-keeping techniques of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables are reviewed in this paper.Different fresh-keeping techniques have different advantages and disadvantages.Novel research progress are also reviewed.
