摘要
采用序批式活性污泥法(SBR)对经超滤分离后的汽车工业乳化废液进行处理,重点考察了曝气时间对COD去除率的影响。在曝气12h以上.进水COD质量浓度为1500~3000mg/L,污泥负荷不高于1.3kg[COD]/(kg[MLSS]·d)时,COD去除率可以达到74%以上;降低污泥负荷至0.6kg[COD]/(kg[MLSS]·d)以下时,COD去除率可以提高到80%以上。
Sequencing batch reactor(SBR) process was used in treatment of uhrafihrated waste emulsion from auto industry; the aeration time on COD removal was emphatically investigated. Under the condition that the aeration time was longer than 12 h, the mass concentration of COD of the influent water was 1 500-3 000 mg/L, the removal rate of COD reached 74% or even above with the sludge loading no higher than 1.3 kg[COD]/(kg[MLSS] ·d) and increased to above 80% when the sludge loading was lower than 0.6 kg [ COD ]/(kg [ MLSS ]· d).
