乙醇-碘化钾-硫酸铵体系萃取分离和富集铱

Extraction separation and enrichment of iridium by ethanol-potassium iodide in the presence of ammonium sulphate

摘要 研究发现硫酸铵能使乙醇的水溶液分成两相,在分相过程中,Ir(与碘化钾生成的IrI62-与质子化乙醇(C2H5OH2+)形成的缔合物[IrI62-][C2H5OH2+]2能被乙醇相完全萃取。当乙醇、碘化钾和硫酸铵的浓度分别为30%(V/V)、3.5×10-3mol/L、0.3 g/mL,pH 3时,Ir(的萃取率达到100%,而Fe3+、Al3+、Cr3+、Pb2+、Co2+、Ni2+、Zn2+、Mn2+和Ga3+基本不被萃取,实现了Ir(与上述金属离子的分离。该方法对合成水样中的Ir(进行了分离和测定,在微量铱的分离和富集分析中有一定的实用价值。 In this study, it was found that the ethanol-water solution could be well divided into two phases due to the action of ammonium sulphate. The associated complex [IrI6^2-][C2H5OH2^+]2 formed by C2H5OH^2+ and IrI6^2- (combined from Ir(Ⅳ) and potassium iodide)could be completely extracted during this process. Ir(Ⅳ) could be separated from Fe^3+ , Al^3+, Cr^3+, Pb^2+, Co^2+, Ni^2+ , Zn^2+ , Mn^2+ and Ga^3+ by extraction, and the extraction yield of Ir(Ⅳ) achieved 100 % when the concentration of ethanol, potassium iodide and ammonium sulphate in solution (pH 3) were 30%(V/V), 3.5× 10.3 mol/L and 0. 3 g/mL, respectively. This method was applied to the extraction separation and determination of iridium in the synthetic water sample. This method was practical to the separation and enrichment of trace iridium
