摘要
地方高校通过合并,优化配置各种教育资源,使其更加有效地合理利用,相互取长补短,产生"1+1>2"的合并效果。其中,学科资源优化在教育资源优化配置系统中占有十分重要的位置。但由于合并后学科资源的多样性和复杂性,不可避免地存在一些问题。通过对存在问题的原因分析,提出在优化配置学科资源的过程中应遵循整体性原则、增效性原则以及发展性原则,更新理念,优化学科结构,重视学科资源间的联系,使学科交叉、融合,形成一个优化、动态发展的学科资源系统。
Through the merger and optimal allocation of educational resources, local colleges can make better and more effective use of those resources, learn from each other, therefore gain the "1+1〉2"effect of the merger. Among the optimal allocations of educational resources, the optimal allocation of discipline resources takes up a very important position. However, because of the variety and complexity of disciplines resources after the merger, inevitably, there exist some problems. On the basis of analyzing the causes of those problems, the paper argues that in the process of optimizing the allocation of disci-plines resources, it is essential to follow the systemic principle, efficiency increase principle and develop-ment principle, to upgrade thoughts, optimize the structure of disciplines, pay attention to the inner relationship of discipline resources, thus, to promote the intercross and fusion of different disciplines, andform an optimal and developing system of discipline resources.
