桑蚕丝胶/壳聚糖/聚乙烯醇共混膜的降解性能 被引量:3

摘要 制得桑蚕丝胶(SS)/壳聚糖(CTS)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混膜,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了共混膜结构,结果表明,CTS与PVA在共混膜中具有良好的互容性;SS的引入使SS/PVA膜出现鳞状分散团聚,模拟体液降解实验发现,不同组分的共混膜的降解速度有显著差异,通过组分配比可控制膜降解速度,为生物医学材料、组织工程支架材料提供了新素材。 For providing biomterial being used for tissue engineering scaffold with properties about degradation,silk sericin(SS)-chitosan(CTS)-polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)film was prepared and characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) in this investigation.Sericin solution was obtained by being removed during heating cocoon layers in boiling water.PVA was dissolved in water at 95 ℃ to prepare the aqueous solution.CTS is dissolved in acidified solutions using acetic acid to make CTS solutions.then composite film was made by salivation method using the mixed solutins.The rheological property of these sticky mixtures blended with different proportions of CTS,PVA and SS was performed in a rotational viscometer.The results indicate that good compatibility exists between CTS and PVA molecule in the blend film.By introducing SS,the SS/PVA film will appear scalelike decentralization and conglomeration.The rate of degradation of blend film with differ composition represented distinct difference on testing of degradation in simulated body fluid(SBF).The rate could be artificially controlled by adjusting quantity of each composition.The film with biocompatible,bioresorbabl and biodegradable properties will be a new material for tissue engineering scaffold.
