摘要
建立了同时测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中烟酸、烟酰胺、泛酸、维生素B2、维生素B6(包括吡哆醇、吡哆醛和吡哆胺)等5种水溶性维生素的高效液相色谱测定法。采用Zorbax SB-C8(5um,4.6mm×250mmi.d)反相色谱柱,以质量浓度为1g/L辛烷磺酸钠︰甲醇(95︰5,体积比,调pH值为3.0)+乙腈为流动相(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0mL/min,进样量20μL。方法定量限0.5～5.0mg/kg,加标回收率91.2%～104.2%,相对标准偏差为0.31%～3.07%。该法具有样品预处理简单,灵敏度高,分析时间短等优点,适用于婴幼儿配方奶粉中上述5种水溶性维生素的同时测定。
This thesis developed a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of 5 Water-soluble Vitamins in infant milk powder.In the method,the analysis column is revered-phase column of Zorbax SB-C8 （5μm, 4.6mm×250mm i.d）.the mobile phase is Methanol：1 g/L CH3 （CH2）6CH2SO3Na （5：95,V/V,pH=3.0） - acetonitrile with gradient elution,the flow is 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature is 25 ℃,and the injection volume is 20 μL.The limit of t quantitation were between 0.5 mg/kg and 5.0 mg/kg,OveraU recoveries were between 91.2 and 104.2%,and RSD （n=4）value were between 0.31 and 3.07 %. The results showed that the method was sensitive, accurate, convenient and quick, which can be used to detect simultaneously the 5 water-soluble Vitamins in infant milk powder.
