摘要
大黄作为临床最常用的中药之一,其攻积泻下,活血化瘀,凉血止血,泻火解毒等功效已为历代医家所认可,并得到广泛应用,但其另一个重要功效"利胆退黄"到目前却仍未得到重视,而茵陈蒿汤是目前治疗黄疸最常用的效方之一,本文就大黄在方中所起的作用及地位做一讨论,以期引起同道对大黄利胆退黄功效的重视。
As one of the most commonly used Chinese medicinal, rheum officinale is acknowledged and widely used for its functions like promoting blood circulation to remove stasis, removing heat from blood to stop bleeding and purging fire to remove toxin, but another function ＂normalizing the gallbladder function to treat jaundice＂ has not been thought highly of even up to the present day. Yin Chen Hao decoction which contains rheum officinale is one of the effective prescriptions for the treatment of jaundice. Thus, this paper will discuss the function and status of rheum officinale in Yin Chen Hao decoction with the hope that its function of ＂normalizing the gallbladder function to treat jaundice＂ call be recognized seriously.
