脊髓固有或中间神经元功能的研究进展

摘要 在脊髓型颈椎病(CSM)椎管减压术后发生的神经并发症中,常表现为减压节段水平以下多髓节神经功能障碍,症状多以颈部轴向疼痛、肩活动受限、手指精细活动障碍或内在肌萎缩等下运动神经元(LMN)通路损害及手部皮肤潮湿、少汗等自主神经系统受累不适为主,MRI显示有硬膜内出血时可同时发生脊神经根刺激症状,
