摘要
作为发展性公共政策的失地农民教育培训已得到了社会各界的关注,但实践中还存有不少问题,影响了政策绩效。基于项目管理视角,分析失地农民教育培训状况及其深层次问题可知,引入项目管理理论与方法,有助于解决失地农民教育培训中存在的问题,从而提升失地农民培训效果。
As a kind of development public policy, education and training for peasants of losing ground has got the attention of various social fields, but there exist many problems in the training practice. Analyzing the status and deep problems of education and training for peasants losing ground based on the perspective of project management, the outcome can be acquired: introduce the theory and method of project management is conducive to solve the existing problems and enhance the training effect for peasants of losing ground.
