摘要
榆林市提出的"打造现代特色农业基地、统筹榆林城乡跨越发展"战略,要求建成九大特色农业产业基地,其中建成以荞麦、绿豆、杂豆为主的小杂粮基地,打造"三边"荞麦品牌。要用5年左右的时间,建成陕西一流,全国知名的现代特色农业基地。围绕这一主题,研究荞麦的药用价值与营养价值、荞麦文化、国外荞麦生产与利用状况,提出了开发国内荞麦市场,加速人才引进、培养等建设特色荞麦基地的对策。
