摘要
采用数字合成技术产生的正弦波信号存在波形失真，其失真度与正弦函数一个周期内的离散点数以及输出Ｄ／Ａ转换器的字长有关．利用傅立叶级数分析了合成正弦波的失真度，并得出了三者之间的数学关系．
There is waveform distortion in the digit synthesis technology.The total harmonic distortion( THD) of the waveform is related to the number of sampling point in a cycle of sine function and the word length of D/A converter.This paper analyzes the THD of the synthesized waveform by use of the Fourier Series and gives the THD s mathematic relation.
