摘要
流水作业钢管热处理生产线在钢管热处理工艺和性能稳定后,面临的问题是进一步提高生产效率。热处理生产效率的方式可以通过工艺改进、设备改进的方式提高。但在固定生产线上最直接、有效的方式是提高热处理炉生产节奏,使得在现有的生产线上能够形成最大产出。本文分析了在固定生产线上,钢管热处理的相关热工参数对扩大产出的技术限制因素。
After the process and performances of a heat-treatment line is stabilized, a continuous-flow tube production line faces the problem of improving productivity, which can be realized by improvements on process and equipments. But for a fixed production line, the most direct and efficient way is to raise the paces of heat-treatment furnaces, which will maximize the output of the existing line. The article analyzed the technical limitations brought by heat-treatment thermal parameters on the output of the fixed line.
