摘要
中国对传统船舶的研究起步较晚.在1962年才有2篇代表性的学术论文发表.自1978年执行改革开放政策以来,研究队伍经过组织和整合,研究工作逐渐有了新气象.1984年组建了中国船史研究会,1985年出版了《船史研究》年刊,由之相继发表了许多学术论文.1991年在上海和2006年在蓬莱先后召开了两次国际学术研讨会,在船史研究领域加强了国际学术交流.从2000年起迄今,不断有对传统船舶研究的专著问世.以实例说明古船的考古发掘和学术争鸣是推动传统船舶研究的重要途径.
The study of traditional ships was quite lateness in China. Only two representative research papers were published until 1962. After the reform and open policy was carried out in 1978, the research procession was status recomposed, and study had been evolved gradually. The Chinese Ship History Research Seminar was set up in 1984 and the annual magazine Research on Ship History was published in 1985. Many papers were published after that. Two international symposiums were hold successively in 1991 in Shanghai and in 2006 in Penglai, which enhance the academic international communion. The instances in this article were given to show that archaeological excavation and academic contend were important ways to push the development of ancient ships research. The monographs on traditional ships study were gradually published since 2000. There are seven representative monographs, such as history of Chinese shipbuilding, Ancient Chinese Ships Illustrated Handbook, History of Sailing Ships, etc. These writings are based on the study of excavated ancient ships and literature recordation.
