可持续发展下的工程建设与地质环境相互关系研究 被引量:2

ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION AND GEO-ENVIRONMENT

摘要 工程建设与地质环境的关系是人类社会谋求可持续发展需要处理的中心问题之一,也是贯穿于环境地质工程亟待解决的诸多科学技术问题中的基本关系。地质环境和工程建设的关系包括地质环境对工程建设的适宜和制约,工程建设对地质环境的适应、影响和反馈作用。建立两者关系的系统分析方法是科学认识二者关系的基础;强调工程建设和地质环境一体化的地质工程原则则是处理二者关系的实践标准。对两者及其相互作用机理信息的采集获取、整理分析、归纳综合技术体系则是研究二者关系的必要支持技术,主要包括:数据、信息采集技术,分析模拟技术,监测测试技术,综合信息技术等。最后指出,宏观协调和微观控制是建立工程建设和地质环境和谐关系的基础。 The interaction between engineering construction and geo environment is one of the core problems which have to be dealt with for the sustainable development of the society . It is also the key relationship underlying the main scientific studies environment geology engineering (EGE) has to undertake . System analysis are the scientific tools with which the relationship can be delved into; whereas geo engineering ,which stresses engineering and geo environment as a whole, is the foundation upon which the relationship can be practised . The technique system of data acquring and processing , experimenting and simulating, monitoring and forecasting , and comprehensive information system are supporting technology for the analysis of their interactive mechanism.The paper finally points out that macro coordination and micro control are conductive to reach the harmonization between engineering construction and geo environment.
