摘要
作为社会弱势群体的生存权在经济危机中面临着比其他群体更严重的威胁,国家必须更切实地履行对弱势群体生存权保障的义务,其中尤其要优先保障社会弱势群体的适当生活水准权、受教育权和老人、病人和残疾人的物质帮助权。
Considering that vulnerable groups are more at stake than other groups in the economic crisis, the state must fulfill its obligations effectively to safeguard the right to life of the vulnerable groups. Among these, priorities should be placed on the fight to adequate standard of living, the right to education and the fight to material assistance of the elderly, the sick and the disabled.
