太阳光引起的光降解是药物在水体中去除的主要条件,在中压汞灯照射下(λ≥300nm),实验分析了对乙酰基氨基酚在人丁湿地水样中的光降解规律及降解动力学,探讨了pH值、对乙酰基氨基酚初始浓度及加入活性物质铁离子、硝酸根离子、腐殖酸等对对乙酰基氨基酚光降解的影响。结果表明,对乙酰基氨基酚在湿地水样中能较快地光降解,2h的降解率为37.1%,光降解符合一级反应动力学。pH值和加入铁离子、硝酸根离子和腐殖酸溶液,对对乙酰基氨基酚的光解具有较大的影响,随着pH值的增加,光降解加速;加入铁离子、硝酸根离子和腐殖酸有利于对乙酰基氨基酚的光降解,且随着铁离子、硝酸根离子和腐殖酸浓度的增大,光降解表观速率常数及降解率显著增大。
Photodegradation of pharmaceuticals caused by sun irradiation may be of major signifi- cance in the natural elimination process. Acetaminophen (ACTP) photodegradation and photodegrada- tion kinetics of ACTP in the wetland water samples under medium pressure mercury lamp (k~〉300nm) irradiation was investigted, and effects of pH values, ACTP initial concentration and the addition of ac- tived specices, such as iron ions, nitrate ions, humic acid were also discussed. The results show that ACTP can be quickly photodegradated in wetland water samples, the degradation efficeincy was 3.7.1% after 2h irradiation, and the reaction was fitted well into the first-order kinetic.The photodedradation efficeincy was strongly depends on the pH and the concentrations of Fe3+, NO3-, HA in solutions. The photodegradation apparent rate constant (kobs) and efficiency(%) of ACTP increased with increasing the concentrations of Fe3+, NO3- and HA.
