摘要
我国现有农业标准与国际标准具有相当大的差距。为提高我国农产品质量和国际市场竞争力,针对我国农业标准化相对落后的现状,从发展现代农业、保障农产品质量、适应市场需求、提高农业效益、增强农产品竞争力等角度阐述完善农业标准化的重要性,指出我国农业标准化尚存在农业标准种类缺乏、管理机制不完善、多数农产品难以实施标准化等问题,并提出加强组织领导、加大农产品质量综合治理力度、强化农业标准化信息服务等解决措施。
There is a great gap between China＇s agricultural standard and the international standard. In order to improve the quality of China＇s agricultural produce and overseas competitiveness, the author examines the importance of improving agricultural standardization in terms of developing modern agricu｜ture, ensuring the quality of agricultural produce, adjusting to market needs, improving agricultural efficiency and strengthening the overseas competitiveness. Such problems as incomplete agricultural standards, inefficient administrative system, incapable of implementing standardization for most agricultural produce are pointed out and such measures as strengthening organization, enhancing comprehensive treatment of the quality of agricultural produce and stressing service for providing agricultural stan- dardization information are suggested in this article.
