摘要
在全国加强基层农业技术推广体系建设的形势下,介绍锦州市、县两级农机推广机构的发展现状,指出其存在的管理体制不健全、经费严重不足、队伍素质偏低、手段与方向不明确、信息工作不到位等问题,并针对这些问题提出加强锦州农机推广机构建设的措施和建议。
This article deals with the present development of agricultural machinery extension organizations at county and city levels in Jinzhou under the circumstance of enhancing the construction of these organizations across the state. The author points out such problems as inadequate administration system, insufficient funds, disqualified personnel, indefinite means and aims, and lack of information, and put forward measures and proposals in terms of these problems.
