摘要
介绍了TMP制浆过程中热回收蒸发器的清洗方法及通过热泵供热系统解决回收蒸汽并网运行中遇到的压力不平衡的问题。
A lot of electricity is consumed for defibration and fiberization in TMP plant, and it partly converts into heat and results in pressure steam which mixes with the pulp slurry. The clean steam is generated by using an evaporator where the pressure steam separated from the pulp slurry in a cyclone is used as heating media. Stable runnability of the evaporator is the key for TMP heat recovery. This article investiga- ted and proposed the cleaning method for evaporator and the heat supplying system by heat pump.
