摘要
针对某造纸厂碱回收白液碳钢贮槽腐蚀严重的现象,通过测量碳钢在白液中的腐蚀速度与极化曲线,采用缓蚀剂保护。结果表明,钼酸盐类缓蚀剂的缓蚀率达96%以上,有效延长了碳钢贮罐的使用寿命并且对造纸过程无影响。
In order to control the severe corrosion of carbon steel container for white liquor in alkali recovery plant, the inhibitor protection was used through measuring the speed of corrosion of carbon steel in white liquor and the polarization curve. The results showed that molyb- date inhibitor and silicate inhibitor have good corrosion inhibition effects and inhibiting efficiency was 96%. The life of carbon steel container will be prolonged and it has no affect on papermaking process.
