摘要
提出了用Moldflow软件通过模拟来评估、改进、优化产品设计和制造参数。针对放大镜零件的成型工艺及产品性能应用Moldflow的MPI模块进行了分析。结果表明,通过塑料CAE模拟计算,可最大限度消除产品设计、模具设计及产品制造成型过程中可能出现的不足,取代传统的反复试模、修模等过程,从而降低产品制造成本,缩短产品开发周期。
This paper uses Moldlflow software to carry out simulation, in order to estimate, improve and optimize the product design and manufacturing parameters of plastic parts. The molding process of magnifying glass and their product properties are analyzed by using moldflow/MPI. The defects possibly occurred in the process of product design, mold design; and product molding can be eliminated extremely by CAE simulation calculation for plastic parts, which can be substituted for the traditional repeated mold adjustment and mold repair. This can reduce the product manufacture cost and shorten the product developing cycle.
