粉石英微波催化除铁增白工艺研究

摘要 采用我国浏阳粉石英矿为原料,在酸性条件下用液相微波催化反应,漂白除杂,最终得到高纯高白度硅微粉。研究结果表明,在最佳条件(矿浆浓度为25%,矿浆pH值为3.0,保险粉用量为1.5%,微波处理15m in,微波处理功率为800 W)下,不仅加快了反应速率,比常规酸化漂白时间缩短了一半多,同时除铁率可达91.8%,白度可达92.1%。 Taking tripoli from Liuyang of Hunan province as a sample, high purity and white silica power was obtained using bleaching and removing impurities by microwave liquid phase catalysis in the acidic medium. The results showed that the optimal conditions was the pulp density of 25%, pH 3.0, vat powder dosage as much as 1.5% and microwave power 800 W with 15 rain. This process could accelerate the reaction rate and the bleaching time were shortened by more half comparing with routine acidification. The iron - removing rate of the product reached 91.8% and the whiteness index reached 92.1%.
