摘要
采用延伸吸收法和非选择性催化还原法高效组合成一种硝酸尾气处理新工艺,具有流程简单成熟、自动化程度高、装置投资少、氨转化率高、增产硝酸等特点。经最终处理后的排放尾气中的NOx体积分数小于400×10-6,排放量小于22 kg/h,大大低于国家规定的相关大气污染物排放标准。
Extended absorption and nonselective catalytic reduction are combined to give a new high-efficiency process for the treatment of tail gas from nitric acid production, which has the advantages of a simple and mature process flow, high degree of automatization, low investment in equipment, higher conversion, and higher yield of nitric acid. The NOx volume fraction in the exhausted tail gas after final treatment is less than 400×10^-6, and the discharge is than 22 kg/h, considerably lower than the discharge standard for relevant atmospheric pollutants specified by the state.
