摘要
建立了柴油机缸内燃烧模型和NOx生成模型,结合实验,对柴油机工作过程以及NOx排放进行了研究。研究结果表明,燃烧初期NOx的生成主要集中在油束外围火焰前锋附近,随着燃烧的扩散NOx的生成主要集中在燃烧室缩口处及中央持续高温、富氧部位;由于缸内未燃碳氢的还原作用,NOx生成总量随曲轴转角增加先增大后减小,且随着缸内气流运动,使NOx在燃烧室内分布趋于均衡。
The prediction models for NOx and in-cylinder combustion model of diesel engine were built.The diesel engine working process and the NOx emissions formation were researched on base of experiments.Results show that the initial NOx formation was mainly concentrated in the front of flame.The formation of NOx was mainly concentrated in the high temperature and oxygen-rich region by diffusion of combustion.The computational results also show that the NOx emission production firstly increased and then decreased with the crank angle increasing by the reduction of unburned HC, and the NOx emission was distributed up to equilibria in chamber by air movement in cylinder.
