摘要
结合具体工程实例,分析了海外建筑工程项目管理进度控制中存在的问题及赶工措施,提出了具体的施工进度控制措施,积累了海外工程施工管理经验,以树立我国企业在国际工程界的良好形象。
Combining with concrete project, it analyzes existing problems and countermeasures of the oversea building project management procedures control, points out measares to control construction procedures, and accumulates oversea project construction management experiences, so as to establish good image of Chinese enterprise in international project industry.
