摘要
加强心理健康教育有利于提高思想政治教育工作的实效性。高校要加强专兼职队伍建设,大力宣传心理健康知识,积极开展心理咨询工作,及时传授心理调适技巧,提高学生的心理素质;要建立和完善心理健康教育保障机制,营造良好的校园环境。
To strengthen psychological health education is favorable for improving the effect of ideological and political education.University should strengthen the establishment of part-time ranks,impart psychological health knowledge,develop psychological consultation,teach psychological adaptation skills,promote students psychological quality,establish and perfect psychological guarantee mechanism and create favorable campus environment.
