摘要
在对大学生职业规划现状进行认真调查研究的基础上,作出SWOT分析法在大学生职业生涯决策中运用的可行性分析,提出用SWOT技术建立大学生职业规划系统模型的构想,认为运用SWOT技术,可以使大学生很好的把握职业生涯选择中的优势、劣势、机会和威胁等因素。
On the basis of making survey on present situation of college students＇ career planning, the feasibility analysis of the usage of SWOT analysis method in college students＇ career planning is pointed out. A scheme of using SWOT technology to set up system model of college students＇ career planning is proposed and it is put forward that applying SWOT technology can help college students master the elements of advantages, disadvantages, chances and threats in career choices.
