摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定一清颗粒中大黄酚含量的方法。方法:Thermo-HypersilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(65∶35),流速:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长:254nm,柱温:40℃。结果:大黄酚在0.0102~0.2042μg呈良好的线性关系。结论:本方法简便、准确、分离效果好、线性范围宽、灵敏度高,可用于本品的质量控制。
Objective: To establish HPLC method for the determination of chrysophanol in Yiqing Particles. Methods: Thermo-HypersilC 18 ( 250mm × 4.6mm,5μm), mobile phase was methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid (65:35) with flow rate at 0. 8mL.min^-1, and detection wavelength at 254nm, column temperature was 40℃. Results: Chrysophanol had good linear relation in the range of 0. 010 2 -0. 204 2μg. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, good separation efficiency, wide linear range and high sensitivity. The method can be used to control the quality of Yiqing Particles.
