摘要
探讨了锻压结合正火热处理工艺对ASTM A516GR70压力容器板材的显微组织、强度、低温冲击韧性的影响。在奥氏体化的始锻温度下进行模压及正常和快速风冷两种冷却方式进行工艺试生产,通过检测出各种不同工艺条件下材质的机械性能,逐渐调整改进工艺方案,达到了材料-46℃低温冲击韧性的特殊要求。
The effect of mould pressing with normalizing heat treatment processes on microstructure, strength, low temperature impact toughness. Used the beginning forging temperature of austenite and the normal or fast air cooling to run pilot production, tested the corresponding mechanical properties, through comparing and improving of processes, can reach the requirement of low temperature impact value of the customer in minus 46℃.
