摘要 准确获得水珠的静态接触角对高温硫化硅橡胶及室温硫化硅橡胶憎水性规律的研究具有重要意义。在手动获得水珠边缘点的基础上,根据水珠在含水量足够小时其所得图像的水珠边缘呈圆形这一规律,运用最小二乘算法拟合水珠边缘。使用了Levenberg-Marquardt算法计算最小二乘拟合,介绍了其原理,理论上推导了拟合使用到的公式,编程实现了相关程序。对拟合所得的圆采用切线的原理,计算得到左右两侧的静态接触角,将它们平均即得该水珠的静态接触角。针对仿真水珠图像和真实水珠图像,分别使用量角器法和基于拟合的方法经过多人多次使用,结果表明,拟合方法能有效减少量角器方法测量结果受主观因素的影响,在较大程度上提高静态接触角测量的精确度,对硅橡胶材料憎水性的准确研究有一定意义。 The accurate measurement of static contact angle is important to study the hydrophobicity of HTV(high temperature vulcanization) silicone rubber and RTV (room temperature vulcanization) silicone rubber. After obtaining the globule edge point manually, the least square algorithm was used to fit the globule edge according to the rule that the globule edge is round if the globule only volume is small. Then, the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm was used to calculate the least square, its principle was introduced. The formula used by the fitting procedure was deduced by theory, and the program was implemented. The left and right side static contact angle was obtained according to tangent principle, and the average value was the final static contact angle. The protractor method and the fitting method proposed by the paper were used to get the static contact angle of two simulated globule figures and two real globule figures. The result indicates that the proposed fitting method can suppress the shortcomings of the protractor method influenced badly by the human factor, and the measurement accuracy is improved to an extent. The proposed method is useful to the hydrophobicity study of silicone rubber.
