摘要
本文总结了多年来外事工作所取得的成果与经验,分析了对外交流所面临的问题,并提出了探索多渠道、深层次的军事医学对外交往机制,提高对外交往的质量与效益,积极开展留学生学历教育,建立对外交往关系维护与培育制度等对策。
The author made a summary on the foreign affairs of military medical university in recent years, and analyzed the problems that oversea interchange were confronted with. Finally, some suggestions were put forward to improve oversea interchange, such as establishing multi - channel and multi - level external communication mechanism of military medicine, increasing the quality and effectiveness of foreign communication, actively developing the academic education of students abroad, and setting up the system of safeguarding and cultivating external communication.
