摘要
黑龙江省的沼泽湿地区．每年有大量雁鸭来此地繁殖。大规模的农业开发．由于缺乏合理利用的全面计划和方案．湿地大面积消失．雁鸭类栖息地遭到极大破坏．加之捕猎、拾卵、雁鸭类数量急剧下降．许多种类已处于濒危状态。提出了一些湿地保护方案。
In the Heilongjiang Province. The achanization was strengthened since the end of 1970' s. The wetland decrease rapidly. Up to the middle 1980' s. the remained wetland was only near the bar f of origen. The waterfowl habitats reduce quickly. the waterfowl resources was destoried greatly. Many species were endangered. In order to save endangered species. maintain biodiverdity in wetland ecosystem. many measures had been adopted; meanwhiles. 27 natural reserves mainly on waterfowls had been established in the Heilongiiang Province. These measures paly an important role in protecting wetland and rescuing waterfowl resources in the Heilongiiang Province.
