摘要
电力系统的发展面临着许多挑战,智能电网被认为是有效的解决方案。开放的信息系统和共享的信息模式是智能电网的基础。分析了电网信息系统的现状和存在的问题,提出了智能电网信息系统的框架,强调了基础信息的数字化、标准化、规范化的重要性;基于变电站的特殊地位,以其为例设计了基础信息平台框架,该平台能够实现信息协议标准化、格式规范化、时标同步化、管理一体化,并可通过级联扩展成全网信息系统而基本结构不变。
The development of power system faces many challenges. Smart grid (SG) is regarded as an effective solution. An open and common information system is the basic of SG. This paper analyzes problems of power grid information system today, proposes a framework of SG information system, and emphasizes the importance of digitalization and standardization of basic data. Considering the significant role of substations in power grid, a framework for basic data platform of substations is designed. The platform can provide basic data with standardized protocol, standardized format, synchronous timestamps and all-in-one management, and can be cascaded and expanded into a SG information system with structure unchanged.
