摘要
研究了提取天然高分子CTS的最佳工艺条件，提取出了高纯度高分子CTS，定性探讨了CTS对瓜果保鲜和废水治理的作用，获得了初步成果，其成果表明有广泛的应用前景．
The technical condition of abstraction of the natural high modecular compound CTS has been researched and the high purity CTS has been abstracted. It has discussed to make the fruit fresh and treat the waste water by CTS and acquried some results.
