摘要
根据金沙江攀枝花河段规划的金沙、银江梯级电站工程特性,结合攀枝花河段排污口与城市生活取水口交错分布的特点,以及规划水平年污染物排放情况,采用深度平均的k-ε方程湍流模型,重点预测开发规划实施后对攀枝花河段主要取水口水质的影响。预测结果表明:规划梯级实施后,除个别取水口水质超标外,大部分取水口水质仍能达到安全用水标准。针对取水口的不利影响提出了城市污水处理、重点工业污染源的治理以及加强饮用水源地水质保护等对策措施,为攀枝花河段水电规划和工程建设的决策与管理提供科学依据。
By method of depth averaged k-ε equation turbulent model,the impact on water quality of the main water intakes is predicted after the Jinsha and Yinjiang cascade stations are constructed according to engineering characteristics of the 2 hydropower stations and in the combination of the distribution condition of sewage discharging outlets and water intakes for urban livings and pollutant discharge condition in planning level year.The predicted results show that the water quality for most of water intakes is qualified according to water standard with few exceptions.In the light of unfavorable influence to water intakes,the countermeasures for treatment of urban sewage,main industrial pollution sources and water quality protection of water sources are put forward,which provides scientific basis for decision making and management of hydropower planning and construction at Panzhihua reach.
