摘要
在当前各级政府正在积极推进的新农村规划建设工作中,随着城市化进程的加快,农村土地与城市土地利用之间的矛盾日益突显,探索既能实现城市发展目标,又能保障农民利益,同时使新农村建设规划更具操作性的土地资源整合方式,成为一项重要的课题。珠海市唐家湾地区农村土地资源整合以分区规划为指导,通过整合村庄各类用地,明确各地块的发展方向,并与金鼎中心控规、城市设计积极互动,实现新农村建设与城市发展的相互衔接和统一。
Rural land and urban land contradiction becomes distinct as urbanization goes further. Achieving urban development and protecting farmers benefit with feasible new countryside construction plans is a critical issue for land reorganization. Guided by district plan, Tangjiawan reorganizes different rural land use, coordinates relative regulatory plan and urban design, and realizes new countryside construction and urban development integration.
