摘要
根据微小卫星上设备布局及受力特性,提出了两种卫星主承力结构,并通过合理简化,建立了整星的有限元模型。通过模态和静力分析对两种结构设计方案进行对比,表明隔板在提高整星基频及保护太阳能电池基板方面具有重要作用,给出了以隔板作为卫星主承力结构的更加合理的设计方案。文中的力学分析结果为卫星的结构设计方案提供了可靠依据,并对卫星力学试验具有指导意义。
Based on the structural layout and the mechanics characteristic of the microsatellite, this paper supplies two primary load bearing structures and uses a reasonable method to build the structural finite element model (FEM). Two structure projects of the whole satellite are compared by the modal analysis and the static analysis. The result shows that the functions of the diaghragm can improve the fundamental frequency and protect the solar arrays. As the results, the project with the diaphragm structure is much more reasonable. This paper provides credible foundations for the satellite structure design and has a significance in the mechanics test of the microsatellite.
