摘要
目的观察谷氨酰胺对脂多糖(LPS)休克大鼠心脏功能的保护作用。方法SD大鼠24只随机分为三组,每组8只。A组静注复方氨酸钠5~7ml,1h后静注LPS10mg/kg;B组静脉给予4%丙二酰-谷氨酰胺5~7ml,1h后静注LPS10mg/kg;C组静脉泵注复方乳酸钠5~7ml。LPS注射前、后,持续监测MAP、HR。LPS注射6h后,超声心动图检测各组大鼠左心室舒张末直径(LVEDD)和收缩末直径(LVESD)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)、每分钟心输出量(CO)。结果注射LPS3~6h,A组和B组MAP明显低于C组(P<0.05)。注射LPS6h后,与C组比较,A、B组LVEDD、LVESD明显缩短,FS、CO明显降低(P<0.05);同时A组明显短于和低于B组(P<0.05)。结论谷氨酰胺能明显改善脓毒症大鼠血流动力学紊乱及心脏功能。
Objective To investigate the protective effects of glutamine on cardiac funtion in lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced septic shock rats. Methods Twenty-four male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups with 8 rats each. Group A was injected intravenously Lactated Ringers 5-7 ml,which was followed by LPS 10 mg/kg 1 h later. Group B was given 4% Malongl-Glutamine 5-7 ml, which was followed by LPS 10 mg/kg 1 h later and group C normal saline as the control. MAP and HR were recored for 6 h. The left ventricular end-diastolic and end-systolic diameter (LVEDD/ LVESD),left ventricular fractional shortening (FS) and cardiac output (CO) were measured by echocardiography at 6 h after injection of LPS. Results At 6 h after LPS injection, the increases of HR from baseline were 20% and 35 % for groups of A and t3, respectively, and the percentage of MAP recovery to the baseline was higher in group A than that in group B(65% vs. 50%)(P〈0. 05). The LVEDD,LVESD,FS and CO decreased to 62%, 74%, 73%,28% and 28% of the baselines, which were significantly lower than those in group A(80% ,89% ,84% and 53%) (P〈0.05). Conclusion Gluta mine improves cardiac function in LPS-induced shocked rats.
